1.Q: Can i order hats with my own design and Logo?

A: Yes, you are welcome. We have 20 years experience in manufacturing of customized caps & hats ,we can make products according to your specific requirements.

2.Q: As this is our first cooperation,could i order one sample to check quality firstly?

A:  Two options: 1) we can send similar styles available samples of other brands for your reference free of charge at your courier account freight collect; 2) we can make samples with your requirements,but you should pay for sample development charges about US$35-100 prior to sampling. However, sample charges will be refundable if your bulk order is over 300pcs/style/colorway/size.

3.Q: What can i do if there are defective products?

A: In this case, please contact us as soon as possible with more photos and proofs, we will evaluate and revert you quickly.

4.Q:Could you please send me your catalogue and price list of all your products?

A:Sure .Here are our catalogue for your reference .Hope you will see.There are all the style hat we can produce .

5.Q: Can you accept order in small quantity?

 A: Yes. Actually there are more small quantity orders appear in market in recent years, and we make some changes accordingly to accept small OEM orders,eg, snapbacks/baseball caps/trucker caps MOQ could be 200pcs/design/color.
